This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for credits and paid features purchased through PDF to Audio.

1. When You Can Request a Refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the credits from that order have not been used.

Unused means the credits have not been spent to generate audio or unlock paid features.

2. When a Refund Is Not Available

  • Refunds are not available for orders whose purchased credits have already been used to generate audio or access paid functionality.
  • Refunds are not available for requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
  • If the value of the order has already been consumed through paid usage, the order is not eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@pdftoaudio.app from the address used for the purchase or include that address in your message.

Please include your order details and a short explanation of the request so we can review it efficiently.

4. Review and Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed manually. If a request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 24 hours, although the final posting time may depend on your payment provider or bank.
